Why is a man who can’t read the Democrats’ memo because it’s “too lengthy” running the most powerful nation on the planet?

Isn’t it obvious that if one is too incompetent to read and comprehend ten pages of text, they apparently don’t possess the intelligence required to govern a nation?

We’ve sunk pretty low when the “pResident’s” own babysitter literally announces the fact that his charge is incapable of understanding a ten-page memo, and requires others to read it and explain its content for him.
