as to not cause a panic. Maybe they're correct. Maybe they're more expert than the majority of us but they were spinning positive in 2008 that the market would correct and it didn't. I imagine we'll see but until then I'll refer to Trump as Donald Herbert Hoover Trump.

... the stock money moving into it and people wanting to move back into stocks once they see its safe.

Only structural issue is Europeans money managers not wanting to but treasuries any longer which makes the bonds more attractive and stocks less attractive ... watch that.

Next floor is 23,500 ... if it falls below that then they think there's something structural happening
