i think if we release our own memo, it takes away from the argument that the release of their memo was a betrayal of confidential sources and information for partisan gain.

as it is, donnie and nunes look entirely partisan, which is pretty much all we're trying to show. the fact that they're preventing us from releasing our memo only furthers our point.
