In typical bullying style he attacks people for things they usually cannot control and are highly visible. (Height, weight, face, disabilities) It is the lowest thing to attack but also easy, as well. His minions seem to eat it up and think it shows how “smart” he is.

On the contrary, it does no such thing. If anything, it shows how shallow he is. His knowledge of history, substantive details and long term consequences of policies is missing so he goes after things that don’t matter or are irrelevant to the matter.

He is running out of vocabulary to use to belittle his opponents. Not that he had a vast repertoire to begin with, but when “Little” is the best you can come up with and you use it over and over, it just demonstrates your lack of creativity and intelligence. When you have to remind people again and again how smart you are, how you use the best words and have a superior education, it might be because you are none of those things.
