There will be a written report. He will only speak if called to testify in Congress. If the Trump supporters have any sense (which is contrary to the currently available evidence), the last thing they will do is to call him to testify.

At which Meuller would be the featured speaker.

If, in addition to the report's findings, there are indictments/arrests, there would almost certainly be some kind of press conference.

Separately, there would likely be testimony on Capitol Hill to examine the details in the report.
