regarding the Trump-Russia exploits. But in order for Mueller to take judicial action (indict/arrest/detain folks) he and his team need to be able to PROVE that person X did Y on such-n-such day.

I don't think he can just take MI5's report that X did Y and then start arresting folks - if that was the case, Russia-Gate would have been wrapped up already because all of our NATO Allies know EXACTLY how and when Trump has been influenced by the Russians and they know how when the Russians influenced our elections...
