Woman, 31, had sex with 13-year-old

Woman, 31, had sex with 13-year-old boy, gave him drugs, records state

A 31-year-old central Alabama woman had sex with a 13-year-old boy and bought drugs for him on multiple occasions, authorities say.

Jennifer Rose Ingram, of Deatsville, was arrested this week in Autauga County. She is charged with six felonies - three counts of second-degree rape, two counts of sodomy and selling or furnishing a controlled substance to a minor.

According to court records, the alleged crimes happened in November and December of 2017. Court records state Ingram had sexual intercourse and oral sex with the boy while at her home on Alpine Lane.

Prattville police and Autauga County sheriff's investigators interviewed Ingram on Tuesday, and she "confessed to having sex with a child she knew to be 13 years of age,'' according to a deposition in the case.

She also admitted to buying illegal narcotics for the two of them to consume, the records state, as well as having knowledge that the boy had consumed some of her prescription Klonopin on at least one of his visits to her home. Ingram also told investigators she knew that the boy had consumed alcoholic beverages at her home on at least one visit.

Following that interview with authorities, Ingram was booked into the Autauga County Metro Jail on bonds totaling $65,000.

when it comes to female to male sexual abuse. Men are quickly and correctly deemed as rapists, but I have noticed that it doesn't happen as quickly for women.

Which not all female child rapists are, despite the schoolteacher cases that get press -- they're simply taking advantage of young boys who don't understand the full consequences of sex with an adult, nor do they enter the relationship on the same power level.

My father had been violently assaulted prior to the neighbor lady offering to show him things that would actually feel good. At 12. He said she was old enough to be his mom, wasn't all that, but he still felt like the luckiest boy in the world to lose his virginity that early. He immediately showed age-similar female peers what was what. And then learned, when the neighborhood boys started talking a few years later, that the lady had gotten to all of them the same way.

Even then, though, he didn't think of it as abusive compared to prior experience because he was certainly wanting what she was offering -- despite the fact he had significant unresolved issues and pressures that made the idea of sex with a woman her age something to consider. But I can tell you both types of abuse warped his views and understanding of sex and consent.

He was given away by his mom to a lady who physically abused him and forced him to work at a very early age. Although he also never showed deep trauma and never described the incidents as abuse, he was sexualized very early in life (early teens, by adult women) and learned to see sex as a transactional act which he could use to get material things from women. He also had dysfunctional relationships with them, including my mom... It did mess him up a bit, in my view.

I seriously don't understand how somebody could take something that maims their face so badly.
