I thought I found a gentle explanation for trump*'s twitter typos

I'm not very tech savvy, but I do know you can 'dictate' texts to your phone so I thought maybe you can do the same for tweets. But then how would you randomly capitalize words and include things like quotation marks. Oh, and Covfefe. That doesn't explain Covfefe.

So, I guess I'm sticking to trump* just being careless, and really not all that bright.

Bother as in perplexing. I have noticed the bigger the lie, the more random nouns are capitalized. I think it is an effort to make things seem more important that they are.

A tweet yesterday for example capitalized " dossier" and " court", seemingly emphasizing words to make them seem important

These are not typos, BTW

words that are capitalized in its look up list. It could be that some words are saved that way, But I'm leaning towards He does It purposefully for Emphasis.

I use the extraneous quote marks and capitalization oddities to distinguish twitler's tweets from those of his minions. These are a big tell.
