Comedy or Tragedy?

It's hard to know whether to laugh or cry most days. Sometimes the shenanigans of the Trump clan seem as ridiculous as the Keystone Kops -- the idiocy is laughably absurd. But the effects of their policies are deadly serious, tragic and downright infuriating. Then they have another day like today -- it's serious, but they are so bad at everything they do, it's hilarious.

When the movie or mini-series or 8-season Netflix show about this era is created, the same script could be comedy or tragedy -- depending only on the background music.

If it just ends up a completely incompetent president who didn't break things too much, it will be comedy.

We launch nukes vs North Korea, it will definitely be tragedy.

Can't answer the question until we really understand the harm this administration is causing/will cause.
