What I want to know is how Carter Page knew back in October that Paul Ryan would use his power to expose the dossier’s inclusion in the Page FISA affidavit.

13. He did NOT know. He was hoping. Further, he was WRONG. FISA was not based on the dossier.

The dossier played an incidental role. As I understand it, the warrant was approved before the dossier was available and the dossier was a supporting document in the extension, but far from the whole reason for the extension. I could be wrong on details, but I think I've got it right.
