Chuck Todd MTP: Memo release bad tactic: the mystery of the secret would have helped 45 more.

This is the third time I've heard that comment today: 45 could have gotten far more milage out of endless speculation if he had not released it.

The fool has no idea what strategies would help or hurt him.

Such a dunce.

These pieces of trash aren't lamenting that Gump publicly tried to smear the FBI, they're lamenting that he didn't do it properly.

...he heard so many people on Fox and talk radio saying what a smoking gun it was that he impulsively decided to declassify and release it.

All the talk of it being like Geraldo's Capone vault reveal and how it was filled with lies and misinformation sort of backed them into a corner. They were losing the narrative before it was released and thought they'd have a shot at regaining some momentum if it was out there for them to spin.

I don't think that's working out for them the way they'd hoped it would.

Nothing to really argue about. Who cares enough about tapping Carter Page's phone to keep it alive?

The whole white house disowned the fool on TV. Doesn't matter.

Hannity, et all. But even they have nowhere to go with it.

More and more Repubs have spoken out this week condemning the memo, and the memo doesn't expose any serious wrongdoing by FBI/DOJ officials but only highlights Trump's campaign problem with suspected Russian spies on his team

The American public can be easily swayed by misinformation as history has shown, but this one was so obvious unless you bought into Pizzagate you're not going to take it at face value.

Schiff is no doubt glad the thinking people in media and on social media hit back hard and fast on this pack of lies and misinformation.
