Another thought: To prove or disprove the memo would require the FBI and the Independent Prosecutor

to disclose what they have and what they're still investigating.

This memo was a trolling operation.

(not my conclusion, but that of a friend who is an attorney.)

what is there to prove? All it says that the people involved had political leanings and are therefore biased. It's just conjecture.
The only substantive thing is the alleged comment from McCabe, and that was closed testimony, so I'm not sure what it would take to get that part of the transcript released.
