8. The only significant thing is that it alleges that

McCabe testified that without the Steele dossier there would have been no FISA warrant on Carter Page. But, that was closed testimony so we don't know what he really said or the context.

Secondly, there was already an investigation into Papadopolous, so they were already inside the Trump campaign with Russian collusion appearances before the Page warrant anyway.

The memo is really nothing. It's hard to see even why it would have been classified. It's a bunch of accusations in prose with no evidence. Even McCabe's comment isn't anything that gives away any secrets. Just his opinion (if it's even accurate).
