7. Her choice of Singapore is highly suspect.

Remember the pre-sanction deal between Exxon then-CEO Tillerson and Putin -- a $500 billion deal to drill the Arctic? There was a mysterious 5% of the deal was to go to this cabal of international businessmen, including a corporation in Singapore. I think K.T. McFarland chose Singapore to oversee this transaction and conduct further energy deals in Asia.
