COMEY Asks: "That's it?"

@Comey
That’s it? Dishonest and misleading memo wrecked the House intel committee, destroyed trust with Intelligence Community, damaged relationship with FISA court, and inexcusably exposed classified investigation of an American citizen. For what? DOJ & FBI must keep doing their jobs.

The way he behaved in June after a conclusion had been reached and no charges were recommended against Hillary? That's all he needed to say. It was not part of his job to go on calling her "careless" and everything else he said that day. He was completely out of line there, and his agenda was obvious.

He did everything to harm Hillary and protected trump. He played a big role in getting us into the nightmare we are living now.

They could have pulled out a piece of used toilet paper and said it was proof that Donald Trump was the victim of a witch hunt, and his slobbering base would have eaten it up. Where this memo will ultimately fail is in stopping Mueller or protecting Trump, because it's nothing but smoke and mirrors. That might work on gullible Americans in an election year. It's not going to work against the FBI and the Justice Department. Trump has seriously miscalculated here.

I am not a fan of James Comey because I believe he violated the law by publicly commenting on The email case in 2016. However his tweet is spot on. The Trump Administration is trying to destroy the Carter Page investigation. Something big is brewing here and the Trump people know It. Comey spelled it out they just violated the privacy of an American Citizen who was under investigation for possible crimes discovered as the result of a lawfully issued FISA warrant. What the hell did Carter Page do?
