does the nunes memo basically say they were wrong to ever investigate hillary?

i mean, isn't the thrust of the memo that political figures and people who work on their campaigns shouldn't be investigated because that's inherently partisan?

i know, i know, right-wing hypocrisy, shocker.

but really, how are they trying to say it was proper to investigate hillary -- hell, that it's *still* proper to investigate hillary further -- and yet not ok to investigate someone who apparently has immunity because they worked on a political campaign???
