So basically, this so called "memo" claims the Russia investigation is a partisan hack job orchestrated by HRC. How convenient that the memo returns to the meme that proved strongest during the election. Now we will be hearing "Crooked Hillary" and "Lock her up" for another few months at least.

Didn't think so. So Nunes basically pulled this opinion piece out of his ass. It stinks.

3. The first claim is that the dossier was paid for by HRC

And the rest of the memo is that, based on the first premise that HRC was partisan, everything that followed from the dossier is fake. So the FISA warrants were partisan, Steele himself was partisan, Fusion was partisan, etc.
