surveillance of Page, they should change the FISA law.

They are incompetent and don't know how to govern as a legislature. That is the real problem.

The FISA regulations and law are, like Guantanamo, mostly a Republican concept and creation. They have the power to change them.

The lawyers in the Justice Dept. and FBI, etc. simply submit a request to the FISA court that complies with the regulations in the FISA laws and regulations. It is the COURT that decides whether those papers and the surveillance comply with the law.

It is that COURT that the Republicans are attacking. It is the rules and regulations followed by that COURT that the Republicans should change if they think they were insufficient or did not protect the rights of Page and Trump.

The fault if any falls right back on the Republicans and their inability to foresee the effects of the laws they pass. I believe that the Republican Congress just passed the FISA law again. Well . . . . they missed their chance.

Democrats have nothing to do with this. The burden is on the Republicans to prove they are capable of governing. The burden is on Trump if he did not vet his appointees well enough before appointing them.

We need a Democratic Congress that will work to pass the laws we need.

AP’s Jonathan Lemire reports that in Oval Office, Trump was just asked if he was more likely to fire Rosenstein and if he still had confidence in him, and that President said, "You figure that one out."

the Republican Congress and prove once again that Republicans are unfit to govern.

Pretty much everyone agrees that the Iraq War was a huge mistake.

And now, the Republicans are complaining about THEIR FISA court and FISA law.

What a bunch of losers, Trump and the Republicans.

The best we can hope for is a free election but I doubt that too.
