Comey? Republican.
Wray? Republican.
Mueller? Republican.
Sessions? Republican.
Rosenstein? Republican.
I guess, to him, upholding the Constitution is pro-Democrat.

but, on a much, much bigger scale.
When DeLay lost a last chance to have something heard by the Supreme Court, he was outright rejected by Antonin Scalia, of all people. When the media asked DeLay about why he lost, he decried the activist judges on the Supreme Court, even though Scalia was just a smarter and more sarcastic version of DeLay politically.
