I used to look forward to the ghastlies Trump unleashed, but every goddam day it's the same old thing: lie about everything; do something to make left and right hate each other more; further demean our country at home and abroad. And every day, some new cruelty.
My husband urged me to read the new Vanity Fair piece about the Trump winery. I knew what it was going to say. I read it, and I wasn't wrong. There's just no joy in *anything* any more.
