possibility. He is that fucking nuts and desperate! I would not put anything passed him. I guarantee you he is looking for a way to start a war right now. It's probably exactly why N. Korea is making nice with S. Korea because they know he is a cornered animal and is capable of doing anything irrational to get everyone off his back.

Many presidents have used soldiers' lives as pawns in their game of politics and profit. Nixon, Reagun, Bush2, and even Johnson. The jury is still out for Bush1. Kuwait was about oil money mostly. Of course I do not know enough about all of them and could be wrong.
