The GOP would be holding loud and endless hearings on Benghazi, e-mails, the Clinton Foundation, and probably Whitewater and the Rose Law Firm.

...was a tacit admission of guilt on the charges.

Trump has more problems than just Russia. He's facing state investigations into his finances which are not subject to the presidential pardon process.
