His staff of amateurish, middle school memo writers don't appear to be any smarter than he is. Listening to the House Reps who have read Nunes 4 page book report, it sounds like they are trying to pass off a bunch of rightwing fictional talking points as facts -- yeah, OK, lies -- as if Moses himself dragged them down from mountain. It also seems like they've made some serious errors with their misunderstanding, or deliberate deception, about how government functions work.

This sort of claptrap works well for Fox News viewers and most Republicans, but Nunes has to contend with a much larger audience of critics, and they are legion. The blow back is building, everyone is wary of his past excursions in the WH, so he will pay a steep price for dumping off his propaganda document and claiming it isn't a threadbare work of speculative fiction.

I think they would be better served not releasing the memo, b/c just having the insinuations out there will probably be more damning than what is actually in the memo. Once people read it, I think it will be clear to a majority of Americans what this is and what its purpose is for.

Inside the Trump administration, sources who've been briefed on the Nunes memo expect it will be underwhelming and not the “slam dunk” document it's been hyped up to be.

What we're hearing: There is much more skepticism inside the administration than has been previously reported about the value of releasing the memo, according to sources familiar with the administration discussions.

It’s about a third or fourth continuation of a FISA warrant on Carter “The Collaborator” Page???
