Some meaningful indictments related to the underlying case would certainly do that.

Or perhaps a subpoena is about to be served on Shithead. That would be a put up or shut moment for sure.

I remember during the Transition when Trump was denigrating the IC, Schumer was on --- I dunno, SOME TV program and he gave Trump the advice to lay off. He said something like, "They can mess you up 6 ways to Sunday" if you cross them.
