17. No, NYT is reporting that Trump "cleared the way" for the committee to release it.

He is not releasing it himself, he's approving the committee to release it. Which is basically what CBS reported an hour ago.

10. Just hearing it on MSNBC. Worse news, WH will "not object" to release, which means:

It goes back to the House still classified and the House will release it, but the underlying FISA request, and perhaps the minority report as well, remain classified and can't be released in rebuttal.

The way I'm hearing this, anyone inclined to either believe the memo or see it as a toss up. Hard core Democrats, especially those who are really keeping track of the whole disaster, know damn well the memo is designed as a smear job, and will understand what the Repulsives are up to.

But I'm afraid that the WH of pResident Evil made sure that the whole story is too complex and (purposely) convoluted for most casual news consumers to track, so they're likely to consider it a politically motivated toss up and ignore it or figure that where there's smoke there's fire.

This is terrifyingly chilling.

The story says nothing about redaction, but a breaking news banner says "President Trump will not block House Republicans from releasing a memo said to accuse the F.B.I. of abuses and is unlikely to seek redactions 2:59 PM " and links to the story below.
