They have been very successful at distracting the Congress and the news media from the real stories that should be reported.
One wonders if there has ever been two more incompetent leaders than Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. It didn't take long for Donald Trump to lure them into his net. Just last July, they were voting on sanctions against Russia for messing with our elections and they were appointing the most honest man in Washington, Robert Mueller, as Special Counsel to investigate the matter.
Now, they don't seem to notice that there are no sanctions? Trump ignored the law. They are blinded by Party loyalties, so much so that they are a threat to our national security.
Trump creates distractions and diversions to keep them from looking at his treasonous, criminal activities. He recruits Devin Nunes to shore up his support in the House, so that he can never be impeached. He has attacked the FBI and the Justice Dept in order to keep the watchdogs from investigating his actions and activities with the Russians.
Make no mistake. He is a master propagandist. He understand how the media works and he manipulates them at every opportunity. We have never seen someone that is so adept at dividing people into camps: those that support him and those that are against him.
We can never solve this crisis if we do not understand what the crisis is about? It is about Russia and their relationship with Donald Trump and their subversive propaganda to create chaos and confusion amongst the populace. Unfortunately, they are succeeding.
