In declining to impose the sanctions which Congress overwhelmingly passed into law, is Trump not

BREAKING THE LAW? Is this not, in itself, an impeachable offense? Is it not his constitutional duty to impose these sanctions?

the ACA sign up period by a few days because of the website issues. They were livid that he changed the letter of the law they passed.

If the Republican Congress abdicates its authority to Trump in this fashion, they are all traitors.

Where would they draw the line? Anywhere?
