OZ Open - Spoiler

Well well well - a man has made the 20/20+ Grand Slam Winners Club. His name is Roger Federer.

Took five sets but he always looked in charge here.
So it's Court 24, Williams 23, Graf 22 and Federer 20.

Federer is the greatest male player ever and DUers know that I am a Nadal fan.

I'm glad Cilic put up a good fight. I felt sorry for him when he lost Wimbledon last year in straight sets.

Once you've been caught using PEDs, I'm finished with you.
Cilic was banned for nine months in 2013.

Marin.....

I have a neat story.

Years ago a colleague of mine who lives in Basel was having a tennis lesson with his coach. The coach had to leave to take a phone call. He told my colleague to carry on playing with this young kid while he was away. My colleague was quite surprised at how the kid started kicking his butt! You know where this is going... yep, the kid was Roger Federer! How cool is that to have played a bit of tennis with RF!

on any channel I have! It must have been lurking there somewhere! DAMN! I finally found it, it starts in a couple of hours. I must have missed it

I am very happy to see this, I knew it was a spoiler but I could not resist, please don't feel like the spoiler spoiled it for me. Now I can watch the match feeling good and not tell my husband that I know how it ends. Off to locate my RF hat and get ready to watch my favorite ever tennis player.

Whatever am I going to do when he retires?

It was on ESPN but Tennis Channel will repeat and so will ESPN - Enjoy.

When he retires, you'll find another great player to follow

I have been getting up in the middle of the night every night for 2 weeks to watch some match or another as once DirecTV stops showing them I have to find the matches. This year was easier as they always seemed to be on the same ESPN channel. I have seen every match RF played even though they started at 2AM or some ungodly hour. I searched and searched but saw no Australian Open title on any of their channels. How I missed it I don't know but.........

I have been watching a lot for years but I cannot seem to find a favorite in either men or women. I will but I like to have one in particular. Like everyone though, I just love the sport. It is the only sport I will watch.

It comes on here in 7 minutes so I am settled in my seat, coffee at hand and my RF hat on my head.
