Ginsburg will not attend Trump's first State of the Union

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will not be in attendance at President Trump's first State of the Union address on Tuesday.

Ginsburg is scheduled to be at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island for her speaking tour on Tuesday, according to The Associated Press.

While Ginsburg has been critical of Trump in the past, her talk at the university was announced last August.

Ginsburg did not attend Trump's address to Congress last year after attending all eight of former President Obama's addresses.
Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas also did not attend Trump's address.

I'm only watching JPK give the Dem response. I won't be watching Maddow or Lawrence because I know they have cover Twitler. I'll catch them on Wed.

Some Dems are going to wear all black for the #metoo movement (last year many female reps wore all white for suffragettes and women's rights), others are bringing Dreamers (which I am concerned about since ICE is already targeting well known Dreamers to scare the rest of them). I haven't watched since 2010 when I almost had a stroke over the GOP asses' reaction. It is not healthy for me. I do NOT want to hear Chris Matthews or Van Jones start crying about how "presidential he finally is". I will listen to Kennedy though.

The Dems should attend.
Then into 10 minutes of a speech that he clearly didn't write and will see for the first time...

Shoot, darts night seems like an excellent excuse that many Dems could use.
