We are owed one "shout at POTUS during SOTU" from the last one.

If nothing like that happens, I predict he will give one of his teleprompter speeches where he delivers it decently, but sounds drugged and robotic, which for him is clearing the bar by a mile. All of the talking heads will yammer about how great he was and a few of them will mention a pivot. Then he'll do something ridiculous less than 24 hours later.
