If he hasn't done it already, what else could he do?
I suppose he could try to bribe someone? Since his abuse of power has not worked with the WH Counsel. Of course, bribery would be a second crime, beyond obstruction of justice.
Lawyers, being the most bright amongst us, surely will know when someone has committed an illegal act of "obstruction of justice"? A criminal act, if it was meant to obstruct the Mueller investigation. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

If there was no one to give an opposing order, could not US Marshals deliver the subpoena, as part of the responsibility that their job requires?

(38,439 posts)to further or support Mueller's investigation. Some in the House, will try to impede and do anything possible to stop the investigation. Why? It ain't rocket science. If one listens and watches those who have extensive legal experience in this area, they have said, that Trump has already committed illegal acts. period..end of discussion...etc.

(111,110 posts)Does the justice system have a right "to fight back"?
Does not our justice system have the final say if a law is broken?
Would that include a law broken by the executive?
I think it would.
That would give the Atty General and the FBI Director superior power if the laws are broken.
