Yes I think a disclaimer should do it. I think it would be dangerous to get them banned. The ideal Kirk Lover Jan 2018 #4

I think they should have to change their name so that "News" is not in it. For instance, "Fox Report" or "Fox Account". Either that, or they should have to include a warning that states they are not genuine news. There ought to be some way to make one of these things happen. We are never going to get them banned from TV, but this would make it obvious they are entertainment only. We wouldn't need to deal with idiots stating what they heard on Fox as gospel truth.

would be a start I suppose. It still wouldn't have much of an impact on their viewers and ratings however. They get too much income from the Mercers and pals, the GOP and probably even Russia to go under financially on their own like their network in England. That confuses me too. Other countries can do it with certain restrictions on propaganda like Germany but their laws are very different from ours.

situation is they die out. Getting them banned is a slippery slope even though they deserve it. In the meantime a disclaimer should be run prior to their most biased and lying shows which is quite a bit of their lineup.

then there can certainly be a disclaimer for Faux Nooze. I was also thinking of a surgeon general's warning about it causing brain shrinkage and leakage from the ears, but that might be too much to hope for.
