Mitch McConnell and Repubs forget they are the Legislative branch...

Majority Leader McConnell says he does not know what Trump wants, so therefore, they cannot pass anything?

It is not Donald Trump's job to "legislate". That is the job of the Republican House and Senate.

Pass the legislation that they think is needed and put it on Trump's desk for him to sign. If he vetoes it, over-ride his veto with the assistance of the Democrats. Take care of the legislative business and stop trying to pacify the big fat baby in the White House.

McConnell says he doesn't want to "waste his time spinning his wheels." I guess voting for the ACA repeal several dozen times when Obama was President was a fruitful exercise in his eyes. What a duplicitous asshole he is.

I wonder when that custom started? Because if it was one of long-standing, wouldn't we have Justice Merrick Garland on Supreme Court? Will any intrepid reporter with a memory longer than the last cocktail party remember that at all and ask Sen. McConnell about that? I'd give that reporter a shiny nickel just to ask the question.

...that they can pass whatever they want and the Democrats can't do squat about it. They have the numbers. Are they aware of that?
