I knew someone who was 6'4" and was 175 pounds, thin, never exercised, drank heavily and ate crap. A year later he had been sober, worked construction every day and ate the same crappy diet. He weighed 185 and looked identical with clothes on. However, when you poked his stomach, or any area, it was rock hard without flexing. You visually couldn't tell the difference and I am a former fashion illustrator and very visual and familiar with the human form.
