After retiring, I took up playing golf to keep busy. Joined a cheap golf club in a small town of Washougal, WA. It was a private club populated mostly by workers from the nearby paper mill. In a private golf club, only members and their occasional guests can play. So out of the 450 members, I got to know about 100 members pretty well.

Some of them used riding carts. Others walked the 18 holes.
After 12 years in the club, one observation became clear. Most member deaths were not occuring due to heart attacks or strokes. It was overwhelmingly cancer of some type.

What that tells me, is that playing golf even riding in a cart required fair amount of walking, because carts have limits on where they are allowed to roam. tRump plays more golf than Obama did in same period. That could explain his cardio-vascular status.
