That means if both have answered to Mueller & flipped, then Bannon's attorney legally can only advise him in the same direction as the first two who flipped.

12. This is so confusing for someone like me with no legal

know-how or experience. My head is spinning. So far Mueller is investigating collusion/conspiracy, obstruction of justice, money laundering, and election tampering as well as computer/tech crimes. Did I miss any?

Also, violations of campaign financing laws. Violations of banking laws. Self-dealing (stealing) from private charitable foundations.

Maybe some falsification of income tax forms?
