About Bannon's grand jury subpoena

It can be seen as a shot across a 239 lb ( ) bow. We're coming for you, BoneSpurBoy.

But

HamAss has been threatening RebelWannabe with all sorts of lawsuits if he speak ill about Il Lardo. The Subpoena immunizes Bannon against Trump.

Once again, well played by Field General Mueller!

It continues to amaze me the amount of speculation that goes on by people who are outside of the Mueller team.

The subpoena compiles Bannon to testify to the Feds. As a practical matter, he has to tell the truth, no matter what Trump wants him to say or not say.

But he does not have to recall everything. No one ever went to jail saying they can't recall something. But many have gone to jail for lying about it.

Bannon was subpoenaed for one specific reason: His mention that Don Jr committed "treason".

Mueller has determined that he needs to be under oath to clarify those comments. If indeed, he does believe that, and has evidence to back it up, then the entire case takes a giant step forward.

Shit is about to get real.

Which is the reason I postulated here except they said "gives cover" where I said "immunizes".
