Is there any medicine the doctor can recommend for stage 4 sadistic, narcissistic mindset?

Until we recognize what the real malady is, we won't be able to cope, handle or get one up on what Trump is dishing out.

He's enjoying the double-cross on the DACA deal just like he enjoyed not paying contractors who did work for him. He's doing because he can and it gives him pleasure to hurt people. He enjoys the hand wringing and the wailing of the unfairness of it all. This is what gives him a tingle.

The Congress is going to have to find it's balls and ask someone how to exert their power and override him. Obviously this will not happen with the spineless, lying, Republicans in charge. There is no one in the GOP with integrity.

How can we shame someone who is shameless? We can't.
How can we counter the name calling without name calling in return?

He craves attention and he's got everyone's attention because we are his "victims".

First clean the colon and find his head. This is going to be a process, but finding his brain to analyse it is going to take some time. (and much digging)

When he is near democrats he goes with them. When he is with the right wing he goes with them. He should retire and come up with a big picture like most dyslexics but he is busy watching tv and probably his father and Roy Cohn drilled big picture thinking out of him because it implies looking at the world through multiple and various perspective (empathy). Democrats are not near him often enough. And he does not have enough time to reflect. And he doesn't care about policy. Which means he doesn't care about the people.

He'd have to realize he has a problem and work therapy like DBP.
That'll never happen, especially at his age.
