It Not It Obvious. GOP Trying To End DACA/CHIP & Find Way To Hang Democrats For It.
The GOP is desperately looking for cover over DACA and CHJIP. The base and tea baggers want none of it. They lose that base if they pass either of them. And they get extreme right primaries. The same thing applies to Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. The Freedom Caucus and the GOP base want them gone or radically reformed.
So they have to find a way to extort the Democrats by offering then legislation that is actually cyanide or strychnine that is somehow very well disguised. So when the Democrats refuse they can be framed as obstructionists and even racists. Meanwhile the Fox News Network, RW media and hate radio can blast the '"OBSTRUCTION" all over the country 24/7. And the Kochs, Coors, Mercers et al can buy millions in ads and pepper every market blasting the Democrats. And on the Sunday shows just outnumber the Democrats and drag them all over the studio.
Now we thought Trump would lose until the media did all it could to trash Hillary. And here is another thing. You cannot pull such a thing off with an educated and smart public. As we can see the national intelligence is in question.
