Daddy??? Did you know Dr King...

Fought his whole life for equality of all races?? “Yeah bud, I did know that”. Well, Daddy, he gave his life for that...

I’m so glad that, even living in the south, my ever intuned, sensitive child can appreciate the importance and the sacrifice of this day! May we never give up fighting for “The Dream”.

The little dude had me in tears today A). Because he was indignant I had to work today and B). He wanted to make a poster in honor of “Dr King” and wanted to show it off and had no venue to do so...was shocked when I informed him that his grandparents were actually alive when Dr King was alive...
