5. Perilous Times Indeed

If we do not turn this around resoundingly in 2018 and 2020 who knows how bad it might get.

If we somehow get total control in 2020.....we must make institutional changes, including getting rid of the Electoral College and Computer Voting....and gerrymandering. Oh and go to public funding of elections.
