2. My Anger Is More Intellectual. I Am On Beta Blockers W/ Heart Rate Of 65.

Beta blockers act like tranquilizers and are use for high blood pressure that I have had since I was in my early twenties. Diagnosed when I was thirty. Drafted with high blood pressure but was not told. Found out after Vietnam that my draft blood pressure was 160/110, So go figure. They took me anyway.

Am taking 4 meds for my BP. I do not seem to get really angry or sad. My demeanor is pretty much constant calm because of beta blockers. Golfers have reportedly used them because it lowers heart rate and reduces adrenaline. I play golf and NEVER get mad while I play.

4. You are not alone in your angst!

This has been an exceptionally awful day in the U.S. I was sitting here pondering why. It suddenly dawned on me that he is going to burn the whole place down to save his own mangy hide. He must really be feeling pressure about “this Russher thing”. Maybe the walls are closing in on him. I do know he will do anything to distract, to draw the attention away from trouble for him. Hence, the tweets, the nasty remarks in front of a group of congressmen (not just staff) and accusations of treason against someone in the FBI. Lots of blowback from the countries he dissed already starting.

Look for this to continue. He wants attention but mostly he wants the noise to drown out anything that points the finger at him associated with Russia.

It is the only thing that explains the madman’s behavior. Well, that and he is the world’s biggest conman. Liar, self absorbed, crime boss, cheater, did I say liar?

Gah! I never thought I would despise someone so much. I need to figure out a way to let some of this dissipate so I can sleep tonight.

I sincerely hope your angst is short lived. And mine, too. It isn’t good for peace of mind.
