It's not the dirty words, it's the racism.

LBJ or Nixon's private slurs would have made Trump's talk sound like church banter. They difference is the overt racism - comparing Norway to those nations makes that crystal clear, if it wasn't already to many.

the media will be aghast at the words. Will they even comment on the obvious racism here? Not to mention lack of humanity in general beyond even his racism?

A trump supporter at my work, has said in addition to trump's weird statement, "We live in a country that our ancestors have made something of here in the US. Why can't these latin american countries get their shit together and make something of their countries? They have large amounts of land with many natural resources to draw upon, but lack the discipline to make their countries work. So Instead, of working to change things where they live, they flee here".
I looked at him and said, "that is the dumbest thing i ever heard anyone say!"
