When is "He's new at this job and not a politician"

become no longer valid as an excuse for being a stupid shit hole of a president and not able to govern? I am tired of that bullshit excuse, he's never worked in government before so he's not used to how tings are done. Fuck that, when you become president you had better be ready on your first god damn day!!! Or don't take the job!!! He's had a year fer Christ sakes!!!!!
