If everyone, including all Dems, have admitted no collusion, how is there still an investigation?

Sorry in advance for asking such a silly question, but as a non-stable non-genius, I'm a little lost.

On Edit: I get the legal distinction between collusion and obstruction and/or working with a foreign country to undermine the election. I'm just poking fun at Trump's repeated assertions that he's been cleared by everyone, including Democrats.

1. Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice.
2. Conspiracy against the United States of America.

Collusion took place under both aspects of Mueller's investigation.

Now that this Russian collusion allusion,
Putting the American public in a big confusion,
Is a one year intense, bigly political stunt,
And has proven to be a total hoaxy witch hunt,

The Democrats and their corporate hate mongers,
Fake News Mainstream Media and smarty talkers,
With their take-out-Ronnie-Reagan-playbook hawkers,
Are bonkers and mental stability and intelligence mockers.

Actually, throughout my life, grand and very glorious,
My two greatest assets have been my mental stability,
And being, like, really smart, really, not just vain glorious,
Even if I need to oft remind the Witch Hunters of my ability.

Crooked Hillary also played these cards bigly diligently,
And, as everyone knows, went down with a big majority,
I went from successful businessman, to a yuuge reality T.V. Star,
To President without a majority, but with Russian help from afar.

I think I qualify as not smart, but rather a real genius,
For pulling off stealing the Electoral college so easily,
And not a hunted witch insane, but a very stable genius,
Because I'm like bigly clever and, like, really smart sleazily.

no one IN AUTHORITY has told him HE is being investigated, and no one has told him there is any evidence that HE was involved.

Clearly, his attempts to discredit any and all investigative bodies, prosecutorial arms and every court out there is for when HE is the target of investigations, prosecutions and whatever court this goes to (including the Senate!).

What kind of an idiot, I ask rhetorically, would think that way?

It's the same mode of thinking behind the myth that an undercover cop has to tell you he's a cop if you ask him. Why on earth would anyone tell Trump that he's under investigation while an investigation is ongoing? What would be gained?

Was there a collaboration (i.e., quid pro quo), or a conspiracy to allow the Russians access to U.S. election finances or to election offices, and/or to provide massive amounts of election propaganda or outright libel to otherwise impact public attitudes towards candidates?

See, collusion is probably provable for a money laundering or insider trading investigation, and while that isn't what Mueller was investigating, though I'm sure there are documents that have been handed over to the appropriate state investigators for further investigation...
I hope California state attorney's office has gotten some testimony concerning possible "collusion" and certain Congressmen...
