FBI had a "walk-in whistleblower" inside Trump's network during collusion.

It's gonna rain shoes all week in DC.

NOTE on edit. Per NBC's Ken Dilanian, "walk-in whistleblower" was the Australian, not a member of Trump's team. In effect, the info came from inside Trump's team via Australian diplomat Alexander Downer reporting his meeting with drunken Papadopoulos. See post #44 below for more.

Husband had an appointment this afternoon so I had to rip myself away from the testimony to accompany him. At least I had the Wolff book on kindle. I should have downloaded the testimony document.

Interesting that he compares Trump to Browder in that they don't want to talk about certain aspects of their Russia business dealings. I've been viewing Browder practically like some kind of altar boy but he's got a shady tax evading past himself. Some colorful facts came out about him early on in the testimony.

Lots of good stuff to read these days.

..... Steele first reached out to the FBI with his concerns in early July 2016, according to people familiar with the matter. When they re-interviewed him in early October, agents made it clear, according to Simpson’s testimony released Tuesday, that they believed some of what Steele had told them.

“My understanding was that they believed Chris at this point — that they believed Chris might be credible because they had other intelligence that indicated the same thing and one of those pieces of intelligence was a human source from inside the Trump organization,” Simpson said. Using the parlance of spies and law enforcement officials, Simpson said the FBI had a “walk-in’’ whistleblower from someone in Trump’s organization. ................

Lets have a peaceful understanding where we prove that the vast majority of us wear the color of Obama. Lets make this an opportunity to have a referendum on Trump and Obama dedicates their sales to their favorite charity?

Who will wear the color of Trump?

When the Steele Dossier has already been gone over for over eight months in Congress, and everyone associated with it has already been interviewed?
Does he want us to believe that Feinstein may not have already discussed this with Mueller's group and is undercutting his investigation?
Or does he want to hide the GOP's current feeble attacks to socially manipulate the credulity of Steele Dossier before anyone can read it?

There are leaks, and then there's turning on the faucet to get the water you need.
Feinstein is just turning on the faucet so we can get water hot enough to clean with...

Chuck, you just subpoena the bastard. Come on. You can do it!

But really, Chucky wanted to waste everyone's time by concealing the Fusion GPS testimony, then calling in Kushner and pitch him a bucketful of softball questions and send him on his way. NOW, Chucky might have to work a little harder and reference the GPS AND Steele statements, which could mean that Jerod might be sweating a little more than usual. Without the testimony disclosure, Grassley and the GOP could soft-shoe Kushner and accuse the Dems of being shrill and irrelevant. That's what Grassley is really concerned about.

https://www.rawstory.com/2018/01/explosive-fusion-gps-testimony-details-trumps-alleged-ties-to-international-money-laundering-operations/
“So there was a civil case, at least one civil case in New York involving — filed by the city of Almaty… against some alleged Kazakh money launderers,” Simpson testified. “I don’t remember exactly how, but we learned that — it wasn’t from Chris. We learned that Felix Sater had some connections with these people, and it’s been more recently in the media that he’s helping the government of Kazakhstan to recover this money. There’s been media reports that the money went into the Trump Soho or it went into the company that built the Trump Soho.

Sater’s financial relationship with Trump dates back to at least 2003, when the Trump Organization rented out office space to Sater’s former company.

Even though Trump initially tried to distance himself from Sater after news of his criminal past came to light in 2007, he subsequently tapped Sater in 2010 to scout out real estate. Additionally, Sater presented clients with business cards that claimed he was a senior adviser to Trump, and his office was on the same floor as Trump’s office in Trump Tower.

Sater wasn’t the only figure with ties to organized crime that Simpson found working with Trump, either. As he told the Senate Judiciary Committee, as he also discussed another man involved in the Trump Soho project by the name of Arif Tevfik, who according to Simpson is “an organized crime figure from Central Asia and he had an arrest for involvement in child prostitution.”

In this chapter of the tRump turns ...
Trump laundering stolen money from Kazakhstan that Sater is helping authorities to recover
(people knowing that and having some evidence of it could blackmail Trump)
Financial relationship with Russian Sater going back to 2003
ties to organized crime and child prostitution (fits right in with Roy Moore)

Now they have to collect the evidence but what are the GOP waiting for? This president is toast!

Trump is putting the presidency through a lengthy bath in a sewage system.

see why Rs try so hard to hide transcripts like that from 'the people'. That's 9 hours of questions from last August. If not for an elected D, releasing the PDF at that one & only link, we commoners would have never had a chance to read it. still it's in PDF where only Journalists & dedicated 'newsies' will ever take the time to read 311 pages.

Kind of scary some of those names mentioned, they're "Country busters' for personal profit. Billions of dollars money laundered, countries invaded, lots of people die.

Lets hope some in Republican party lets that cancer get cut out and thrown in Jail- any American who knowingly worked with those criminals, took money- has to be cut out of our democracy.

After reading that, I've had enough Republican-Russian "collusion" to last me a couple months and fear for Americas democracy even more. It will only take one large 'attack' of some horrific type to crumple our country to pieces. Will take the regular citizens decades to recover, if ever. Only the wealthy couple million people will survive in some civilized fashion.
