ReTrumplicans have proven, over and over again, that the current ‘gubmint’ doesn’t work for all Americans. Even ReTrumplicans that were “supposed” to be “paragons of moderation”, like Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, Bob Corker and John McCain have voted in lock-step to pass their extreme right-wing agenda.
Make no mistake. Donnie Short Fingers was elected because he promised to inflict pain and suffering on Americans that his supporters wanted to see hurt.
That’s it! That’s the whole ReTrumplican agenda. Donnie “Shit-For-Brains” and the ReTrumplican majority were elected for one purpose and one purpose only - to do as much destruction to the people that don’t vote for them, or support them, as they can. Democrats would be wise to remember this the next time they are in power and are considering doing ANYTHING to help some toothless hayseed in Dumbfuckistan, PA.
That’s why there should be NO HESITATION to shut the entire fucking government down.
It’s no longer a “government for all the people”. It’s no longer a “government functioning as a Democratic Republic”. It’s a government of Red States and Pockets of Red Districts on a mission to harm and punish Blue States, Blue Districts and ANYONE TO THE LEFT OF ATILLA THE HUN.
The media, political donations, judiciary and economic policy have been weaponized to destroy anything and everything that doesn’t conform to their irreligious, bigoted, racist, CON-servative worldview.
There should be NO QUARTER given to these ReTrumplicans. No deal on DACA in exchange for keeping the government open. No compromise on their shitty “great wall” in exchange for keeping the government open. No deal on strengthening the Affordable Care Act to keep the government open.
Dems beginning negotiations should be a list of demands to roll-back the shitty policies of these pricks.
As a "compromise", Dems could offer the possibility that “maybe” some of the ReTrumplicans might escape jail-time after the coming Blue Wave!
