If "Government doesn't create jobs" as our RW friends like to say...

...then why do Corporations and "business associations" spend hundreds of millions a year sending lobbyists to Congress and State Legislatures? That would seem to be a huge waste of money if their mantra is true, wouldn't it? Just asking!!!
