A fictional character in a film. Mike Meyers is not really evil. Probably not bald IRL either, but Dr Evil was. Hope that helps.

I imagine it's quite the burden to lack understanding of satirical mocking, but it does however, allow us the opportunity of self-righteousness if we choose to take it...
