Fire and Fury - electronic formats

If you are wanting the electronic format (kindle or from audible.com) it looks like amazon is not going to have it available tomorrow. I checked with both figuring I would buy the one that was available. No luck. I called up the street to Barnes and Noble and they are expecting the books in tomorrow. I have a hold on one of them. I haven't bought a book from B&N in years.

1. There must be some electronic stuff they have to do -

formatting stuff or whatever - to make it available on Kindle, and they aren't finished yet. Damn.

2. Earlier tonight, Amazon was advertising the electronic book would be available on 1/9/18.

I'll wait until then. I got a B&N gift card as an Xmas gift and, since the gift card is only for enough to buy one eBook, I have "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump" targeted for that one.

3. Amazon had conflicting dates for the Kindle edition based on the publisher release changes

On the order portion it still listed the old date but on the description when you select that format, it did say that it would be released at 9 am (ET) on Friday.

I.e., it says -

This item will be released on January 5th at 9:00 A.M. Eastern

5. I'll be up at 7 A.M. (Mtn Time) to see if they'll release it

so will have to wait about 5 hours to see if it shows up on my tablet then (I expect it will).

4. Yeah, I pre-ordered the kindle version and the receipt said it would be delivered on 1/9

It's only a few days, so I'll be patient.

6. It looks like the Kindle Edition WILL be available
